Blue sky returns to West Wales: red kites gliding on the breeze

Yesterday afternoon, here in Ceredigion the rain and clouds were blown away by the stiff breeze and blue skies returned.

Whilst walking our dogs through the fields I was entertained by a pair of red kites out enjoying the blue skies and celebrating their return with spectacular acrobatics surfing the air waves.

Today we still have blue skies and the wind has dropped. Our holiday cottage guests headed for Llangrannog beach with their newly born, one family with a 12 week old baby boy another with two puppies of about the same age.
